warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of 90 days from the date of purchase. During this period, XIMOTION will repair
or replace this product, at the plant location, free of charge for parts and
labor. Thereafter, XIMOTION warrants this product against defects in materials
only, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this
period, XIMOTION will repair or replace the faulty component free of charge,
excluding installation costs. Transportation costs to and from the Ximotion plant location as well as crating and handling costs are not covered under this
repairs (RMAs) in our facility are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of the repair.
Ximotion 15 DAY REFUND POLICY - RETURNS
on standard items are subject to a 10% clean up, test and restocking charge. XIMOTION
will refund the full price paid on the items minus 10% of said amount, if the
items are returned to Ximotion within 15 days from the delivery date.
Transportation costs to and from the Ximotion plant location as well as
crating and handling costs are not refundable. The product returned must be in
new and saleable condition without damage. It is the customer’s responsibility
to insure protection against damage during shipping back to the Ximotion
plant. If the equipment has been crated when shipped from Ximotion, it must
be crated again, with all the support blocks and straps in place, to prevent
any damage in transport. All items returned require an RMA (return material
authorization) number and must arrive at the company’s plant no later than 15
days from the date of delivery. To obtain an RMA number, please contact Ximotion by
phone, fax, or email.
special order items, or standard items with special modifications ordered by
the customer, are not refundable.
